This is the main site with eleven consulting rooms for doctors and practice nurses, plus a large treatment room. The administration and management of the practice is based here. The Health Centre also offers accommodation to Community Health services including Community Nurses, Health Visitors, Community Dentist, Chiropody, Speech Therapy and more. These services are not directly connected to The Haxby Group Practice and operate independently in the same building, having their own reception and telephone number.

This is a purpose built surgery, completed around 1985. It is situated at the back of the Folk Hall car park, next to the Friends’ Meeting House. There is a good sized reception, three consulting rooms and a well equipped treatment room, where our minor surgery and vasectomy clinics are held.

This is our largest branch. There are six consulting rooms for doctors and practice nurses plus a treatment room. Two of the consulting rooms are upstairs so please make sure you advice the receptionist if you have special access requirements when making an appointment.

This is the smallest branch situated in the southern part of this small village. It offers full dispensing facilities to all our patients in the area. There are two consulting rooms for doctors/nurses.

The practice encompasses an area of around 50 square miles to the north and east of York including Strensall, Warthill and Holtby.
