Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in person, by post (please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for its return), or online (see below). To avoid mistakes we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone. Please use the tear-off slip attached to your prescription for re-ordering. Please tick the items required. Prescriptions take at least two working days to issue.

Patients at Stockton-on-the-Forest can have their medication dispensed at that surgery.

Patients, whether registered with the practice or not may have their medication dispensed by the Haxby Group Pharmacy, located on site at Haxby & Wigginton Health Centre. This is open for 100 hours per week and amongst many other services, can arrange collection and delivery of prescriptions regardless of where you live. Click here for more information.

Before you can start to use this service you must be 16 years old and over and visit the surgery in person to register for online services. Patient photo ID; such as passport, driving license, student card, bus pass etc., will be required before the receptionist can process your request for this service and provide you with a unique login username and password. Please ask at reception for further details.
